Avinash Dubey graduated in B. Com(Hons.) from St. Joseph's Degree and PG College affiliated to Osmania University in the year 2008. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2013.

He has experience in the areas of Drafting and Compliances. He mainly takes care of the Company Secretarial work.

CA NAGA SUBRAHMANYAM (ACA)

Mr. Naga Subrahmanyam has become a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2017. He has a good insight and expertise over Goods and Services Tax. He is working as a Manager – Indirect Tax at Hyderabad Branch of the Firm. He guides the team in providing services related to all GST Compliances and relevant filings.He is involved in representing the clients at various levels of GST Assessment Proceedings and Litigations.

Kiranmai holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. CA SWAMY MANIKANTA B (B. Com, ACA)

Swamy is a commerce graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad and has become a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. He holds a brilliant command over taxation. He primarily deals in the fields of International Taxation, Tax advisory and also involved in representing the clients at various levels of Income Tax Assessment Proceedings and Litigations. CA AVINASH GUPTA (B.Com. (H), FCA, L.L.M.)

He is the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and awarded the best student of the college. He is also in the merit list of ICAI in CA Final. He is also Law Graduate and completed his LLM in International Taxation from Vienna University, Austria, Europe. He has authored 3 books on International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.

He has been elected to NIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the period 2019-2022. He was Chairman of Direct Tax Committee of NIRC of ICAI (2019-20). He is President of Tax Research Foundation, an NGO doing research in the field of taxation. He has been nominated as YIN India Representative for a period of 2 years for International Fiscal Association – India Branch (A Netherland based body). He is partner in APT & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants having head offices at Delhi and 14 branches all over India.

He has delivered more than 1500 lectures at national and international level. He is visiting faculty member at National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur, DTRTIs, Shri Ram College of Commerce, ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI and Management Institutes. He is also faculty member of Certification Course on International Taxation for CAs. He was special invitee of Direct Tax Committee of ICAI and International Taxation Committee of ICAI. He has experience of handling various International Taxation including Transfer Pricing matters of big corporate.

He worked as Finance Analyst in P & G India. He has won many laurels during school, college and CA student life. He presented many papers in International, National and regional conferences on various topics of Tax. He is a good orator and held many responsible positions.

CA UTTAM PATEL (B. Com (H), FCA, ISA (ICAI))

Uttam graduated as Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Jabalpur in the year 1996. He obtained a Masters in Commerce from the University of Pune in the year 1998. He qualified as CA in 1999. He is also qualified in ISA and is a certified professional in international taxation and IFRS from ICAI. He worked as an Assistant Manager for Tata Steels Ltd., Mumbai.

Currently, he is in-charge of the Hyderabad branch of APT. He specializes in international tax, company law matters, international and domestic transfer pricing matters, IFRS and royalty/licensing for animation and character related works.

CA RAJESH KUMAR GARG (B. Com (H), FCA)

Rajesh is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has qualified CA in the year 1987 and having post qualification experience of over 27 years in industry in senior positions. The major assignments handled were, over 10 years as Director Finance with world renowned MNC, Group 4 Securicor. Next assignment was as CFO for about 11 years with Vatika Group at Gurgaon and has handled Real-estate business, funding from all means including substantial Private equity mobilization and also the Five Star Hotel projects on behalf of the Owner.
The Hotel business exposure includes the negotiation with leading Hotel operators of the world to finalize the Terms for Hotel Operations Agreement, capital cost budgeting for upcoming Hotel, handling and managing the spent on the Hotel construction, activities relating to the pre-opening of the Hotel and subsequently getting involved in all the affairs of the Hotel, once it is operational. It involved taking care of the Owner’s interest with the aim to drive the Revenue & Profitability of the Hotels, thorough analysis, supervision and close coordination with the Operator.

He has worked with top Hotel brands, on behalf of the Owners, like Starwood for their Westin Hotels and also with Hyatt Group for their Hyatt Regency Hotels.

He has exposure to the fund mobilization of large scale with the Banks and NBFCs. He has also involved in getting the private equity mobilized with the leading players.

He has headed the Accounts & Finance function of the Companies in senior position which included functions like Accounts, Taxation, Audits, structuring and controlling with Company having pan India presence.

CA SANJEEV AGGARWAL (B.Com, FCA, DISA (ICAI), PGDBA (Finance))

Sanjeev Aggarwal is a fellow member of ICAI qualified in May 2002. He also did Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Finance from SCDL, Pune.

He also completed the Certificate course of GST and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) of ICAI.

Amritpal Singh is a fellow member of ICAI and has more than 12 years of experience. He also worked with Infosys Ltd. for more than three years. Gaurav has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on indirect tax matters and particularly in the field of building seamless tax compliance structure and assisting clients during departmental audits and surveys. Mr. Panla is a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (1975 batch) and worked in the Indian Postal Service, Group A, for 21 years, after qualifying for the Civil Services Examination (1984 batch), including deputations to the 5th Central Pay Commission, Ministry of Finance, India 50 Secretariat, Ministry of Culture, and TCIL.
